How to Join & Secure Your Spot
Enrollment opens January 1, 2026. With only 10 founding member spots available, enrollment is first-come, first-served.

- Reserve Your Spot
During our call, I will help you process the payment for your chosen plan and the one-time $150 Onboarding Fee (waived for annual plans).
- Schedule Your First Visit
Once payment is complete, you'll get access to the member portal to fill out intake forms and book your first visit within 60 days.
- Your Membership Begins
Your recurring monthly payments will automatically begin one month after the date of your initial consultation.

What is this membership for?
A collaborative health partnership, a space to work on root causes, flexible telemedicine, and a consistent touchpoint with a doctor you trust.
What is this membership NOT for?
This is NOT primary care, urgent care, insurance-based, or a replacement for emergency medical services.
How does messaging work?
Messages are for brief questions I can answer in 2-3 minutes. Anything more in-depth will be addressed in our next visit. Essential Care: up to 2 replies/month. Intensive Support: up to 5 replies/month.
Why only 10 members?
This program is starting intentionally small so every member receives thoughtful, personalized, high-quality care that I can be proud of.
